As a father of two and VP of a family-owned juvenile products manufacturing company, I have learned many things about raising kids, traveling with kids, children’s products, and more.  In addition, I spent several years working at home as a stay-at-home-dad when my son and daughter were younger.

The above factors have contributed to a reservoir of knowledge that has helped me become a successful father and businessman. It also places me in a unique position to share my perspective as a stay-at-home-dad. I haven’t always taken the easy way with my kids, but hind sight is 20/20, and I have been able to learn from my mistakes. Hopefully I can pass on some tips that will prevent you from making the same mistakes – like locking the kids in the closet for an hour when they wouldn’t nap was a mistake, even though I had an important business call to take. Okay, so I didn’t really do that, thought about it maybe – who hasn’t, right?!

Memorial Day Weekend is here and that signifies the beginning of summer. That means vacations, schedule juggling with the kids, and restless kids, just to name a few. Life is always busy when you have kids and every day presents new challenges. I hope my experiences can help ease the frustrations of being a busy parent. Over the course of the summer I will be posting tips from travel to activities to cooking. I am hoping that this “project” will be interactive with parents, care-givers, aunts and uncles…..contributing their tips & thoughts as well. After all, we are all in this together and I am still learning and can use all the help I can get.

So, please follow me and Go-Go Babyz as I attempt to pass along valuable, practical information to help make your life easier as a parent on the go.
